	Sales, Shipping, and Return Policy (This is all the legal stuff) The Trophy Room, LLC sells both new and used firearms.  If a firearm is listed as a used firearm, even if the description says like new, the Buyer understands that he or she is purchasing a used firearm.  While the firearm has been function checked by employees of The Trophy Room, LLC, the Buyer acknowledges that The Trophy Room, LLC does not employ a gunsmith and The Trophy Room, LLC has not had the firearm reviewed or tested by a gunsmith. While The Trophy Room, LLC believes that the firearm is in safe working order (unless otherwise noted), we recommend that the Buyer have the used firearm examined by a competent gunsmith. New firearms are solely subject to the manufacturer's warranty.  The Trophy Room, LLC will not list a firearm as new if it does not believe the firearm is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.  The Buyer, or anyone claiming through or related to the Buyer, releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue The Trophy Room, LLC in connection with the purchase or use of or in any way related to this firearm or item and hereby agrees to indemnify The Trophy Room, LLC from any costs or expenses related to this firearm or any other item purchased. All sales are final for firearms purchased and picked up in our office.  For firearms purchased through the internet and shipped to another dealer, The Trophy Room, LLC will provide the Buyer the right to review the product for 3 business days and return the product within 10 business days solely if the product is not as described on this website.  Returning the product because of a dispute over the price is not available.  The product must be received by The Trophy Room, LLC in the same condition as purchased or no refund will be issued.  No test firing is permitted.  Packing, shipping, and insurance costs are non-refundable.  The decision whether or not the product differs from the product as described on this website or whether the firearm is in the same condition as purchased shall be in sole and absolute discretion of The Trophy Room, LLC. The Trophy Room , at its sole and absolute discretion, may offer to refund the purchase price of the firearm for other reasons.  In such a circumstance and provided the firearm is returned in the same condition as purchased, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount paid by the Buyer for the firearm. Any firearms must be shipped to the holder of a Federal Firearms License in the Buyer's state of residence. The Buyer is responsible for making arrangements with a dealer in the Buyer’s state of residence to accept a firearm.  The Buyer is responsible for making sure a firearm is legal to possess in Buyer's state of residence.  If the transaction is not completed because the firearm is not legal in the Buyer's state of residence, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount paid by the Buyer for the firearm.  Refunds will not be issued until the firearm is in the possession of The Trophy Room, LLC. We ship FedEx Express for handguns and FedEx Ground for long guns and other items.  Other shipping requests will be reasonably accommodated at the Buyer's sole expense.  If the Federal Firearms Licensee to which a firearm is shipped does not operate out of a business location, there may be additional residential surcharges. The Trophy Room, LLC generally uses actual pictures of used products and representative pictures for new products.  Actual pictures of new products our available upon request. We do not conduct international sales.  We do not ship to California.
